Job Posting Rules!
Break the rules and your jobs will be deleted, your company banned, and shamed on social media. Refunds will not be given for posts removed due to rule breaking.
- Don’t post spam. Spam; miscategorized, overposted, or nonlocal jobs. If you are not the employer or directly working for the employer, you should not be posting the job. “Affiliate” and other commission based recruiting schemes are spam – don’t post here.
- Don’t post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent jobs. That includes; absurdly wide pay ranges or fake compensation amounts, bait and switch scams, keyword spam, and ghost or fake jobs.
- Don’t create offensive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or malicious job postings.
- Don’t post for the primary purpose of drive traffic to a website.
- Don’t create posts offering, promoting, or linking to unsolicited products or services.
- Affiliate marketing, network marketing, and multi-level marketing (aka pyramid schemes) is not allowed to post at all. Your “jobs” aren’t gross, they are unethical.
- Don’t post jobs or content that violate the law or the legal rights of others.
- Gross Jobs is starting with jobs in North America first. If you are personally not located in the United States of America or Canada, DO NOT POST. We are considering how to allow job posts in other countries that best helps people find great local jobs (should we add language localization to include Mexico or is that part of central america, seems like questions way above our pay grade ).
